Gear Up for Excellence (GUFE) was founded in 2003 to serve the growing GEAR UP community. GUFE is a partnership of professional resources that work together to contribute value to the GEAR UP constituents. GUFE brings together inspiring speakers, educational experts and world-class trainers to build effective solutions for GEAR UP cohorts.

Our Work
We deliver high-impact training programs for teens in the form of workshops, retreats and camps.

We support educators with curriculum and offer a full line of teacher training programs that transfer the best technology from the fields of accelerated learning and experiential training.
