In
1994, Greg Evans began Seeds Training as an educational
consulting firm with a focus on designing training and
coaching events for teachers and students. Greg worked closely
with researchers, authors and curriculum designers to develop
a unique blend of accelerated learning and experiential
training. The programs were dynamic, fast-paced learning
adventures that achieved staggering results in compressed
timeframes.
The success of these programs allowed the Seeds team to travel
all over the world and to work with the teachers and students
of many cultures.
Supporters of Seeds demanded more program offerings and in
1996, Greg and his team responded by developing a new line-up
of trainings for parents, non-profits and corporations. These
programs expanded the capabilities of the core curriculum and
required new expertise from the facilitator team.
In 1998, Seeds continued its growth by developing The Seeds
Network: an online portal to global training and consulting
resources. Today, the network approach allows Seeds to
integrate the services of many organizations into a more
systemic package for clients. Clients are now benefiting from
completely customized resource packages that create long-term
value and solutions for their organizations.
Greg’s next objective is the
development of a new concept: The
Evolution Center. Evolution Center’s are designed to be
global community centers and will partner public and private
resources in several regions. The centers will serve as ground
zero for education, training, strategic planning and
innovation with a focus on tackling larger, global
initiatives. |
