Retreats:
The Gear Up for Excellence Team is frequently
called upon to deliver offsite retreats for middle & high school
groups (10-200 participants). The retreats are fully customizable in
both content and length and are delivered with our highly
interactive methodology. They are guaranteed to be fun and

facilitators as well as team leaders to ensure that students are
enrolled and monitored 24 hours a day for the duration of the event.
We have partnered with many retreat and camp facilities around the
world and may be able to assist you in your logistical planning and
