Leadership Retreat:

The year will kick-off with a 2 day retreat in Sept-Oct. This retreat will lay the foundations and set the context for the upcoming year. The four primary objectives will be supported during this event. Plus, the students will experience high-performance team building exercises, the axioms of leadership, communication models and basic goal setting. Teams and mentors will be created that will support the students throughout the entire program.
