The 4D Educator Training
The 4D Educator Training is one of the most advanced and comprehensive teacher training programs available. The program is four full days of relevant theories and the corresponding applications that can make an immediate impact for new and experienced teachers alike. The program has it's roots in brain theory, accelerated learning, experiential training and advanced work processes. The increasing demands on educators are placing unprecedented levels of pressure on teachers. Working as a team and learning how to effectively support one another can drastically reduce stress and help to create a positive working environment.
 

Context of Learning
Lay the groundwork for successful learning experiences by creating a context that invites students to participate in a process of their own discovery. This workshop introduces current brain-based theories that promote an open learning environment. We will explore the multiple intelligences, learning styles, trust building and environmental dynamics. Teachers will leave with tools and actual curriculum pieces that will help them to engage every learner in the classroom. Games Plus: Experiential Activities for the Classroom
This module expands the teacher's toolbox by introducing them to a variety of interactive games and activities. These activities can be used as stand-alone learning experiences or as fun icebreakers and state-changers. This module is extremely active and is fast-paced. Teacher's will leave with facilitator outlines for each activity and will even have an opportunity to receive coaching on the delivery of some activities. Wear comfortable shoes for this one.
